An Agreement for a fixed term shall be renewed for one year unless terminated by either party. An Agreement for an open-ended term may be terminated by either party with prior consultation. We may terminate any Agreement and the provision of the Service immediately in certain circumstances.You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold redSling, its licensors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or any breach of these Terms of Use.

Modification to Teams

redSling reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

Any privacy and/or data protection laws, regulations and binding guidance that apply to the processing of Personal Data in connection with the respective Party’s performance under this Agreement, or to the privacy of electronic communications, including, to the extent applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), Directive 2002/58/EC, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as may be amended from time to time (“CCPA”) and any legislation or regulations implementing, replacing, amending or made pursuant to such laws.
